By participating in the “SpinOro Giveaway” (“Giveaway”), participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The Giveaway is open to individuals 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of SpinOro, Anakatech, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must have a valid LinkedIn account and reside in a country where Amazon gift cards are available.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or contain false information will be disqualified.
- Participants must complete all steps before the Giveaway closing date to be eligible.
2. Entry
To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
- Follow the official LinkedIn profile of SpinOro by Anakatech.
- Complete the poll provided.
3. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive a $500 Amazon gift card.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.
- SpinOro by Anakatech reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries within seven (7) business days of the Giveaway closing date – 14 April 2025.
- The winner will be notified via LinkedIn direct message and must respond within five (5) business days to claim their prize.
- Failure to respond within the allotted time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Privacy
- Personal information collected during the Giveaway will only be used to administer the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
6. General Conditions
- SpinOro by Anakatech reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- By participating, entrants agree not to hold Anakatech, SpinOro, or their affiliates responsible for any claims resulting from their participation or acceptance of a prize.
