By participating in the “SpinOro Giveaway” (“Giveaway”), participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of SpinOro, Anakatech, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must provide a valid email address.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Incomplete, illegible, or false entries will be disqualified.
- Participants must complete all steps before the Giveaway’s closing date to be eligible.
2. Entry
To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
- Scan the designated QR code.
- Fill out and successfully submit the registration form.
3. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive a Garmin Watch.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.
- SpinOro by Anakatech reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries on 03 July 2025 at 16:00 at the SpinOro stand (L44).
- The winner must be present at the SpinOro stand (L44) during the draw.
- Failure to be present may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Privacy
- Personal information collected during the Giveaway will only be used to administer the contest and for marketing purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
6. General Conditions
- SpinOro by Anakatech reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- By participating, entrants agree not to hold Anakatech, SpinOro, or their affiliates responsible for any claims resulting from their participation or acceptance of a prize.
